Discovery
When we engage in a new project or meet a client for the first time, we arrange a kick-off meeting with our clients in order to gain a solid understanding of their needs. This begins a discovery phase which may last hours, days or weeks depending upon the complexity and demands of the project. The most important aspect of this discovery phase is that of listening intently to our clients. We honor the extensive knowledge that our clients have about their business or organization, so active listening is an important part of the discovery phase. We also know how to tease out the most valuable information from our clients by asking the right questions based upon over 25 years of marketing experience.
Planning
Effective planning is much more than just building a schedule. We leverage our knowledge of media purchasing lead times, market seasonality, and each client’s internal processes in order to build a plan that accomplishes the goals of the campaign in a speedy fashion while keeping in mind the realities of the production process.
Execution
To MQ&C Advertising, successful marketing results from a thoughtful, thorough plan that is executed proactively and with precision. But we don’t stop there: we execute with an eye toward continuous improvement, revising our plan when necessary to meet new realities as they arise. Most importantly, we communicate to our client the progress we make at each milestone of a marketing campaign.
