MQ&C Advertising Welcomes Two New Members to its Family
Austin, TX – March 11, 2008 – MQ&C Advertising is proud to announce the addition of two new employees to its ranks in recent weeks: Dan Kasten and Terry Tex Toler.
Dan Kasten joins MQ&C as its Print Media Director. He has worked for 14 years in the newspaper industry, holding the titles of Ad Director and General Ad Manager at two top 20 newspapers. Kasten believes that it seemed only natural that he would eventually join the MQ&C team, since he has been working with MQ&C for three years guiding the print buys for various MQ&C clients. “I look forward to the challenges that lie ahead in terms of helping to move the goals of the company forward as we continue to grow,” says Kasten.
Like Kasten, Terry Tex Toler also enjoys a long-standing previous relationship with MQ&C and is in effect rejoining the agency as the new Senior Accounts Supervisor after a two-decade hiatus. “It feels like coming home,” remarks Toler. Over the past two decades, Toler has worked in the advertising and publishing industries and has particular expertise in travel marketing, community branding, tourism and economic development. Immediately prior to joining MQ&C, Toler has worked for the past eight years at McCann-Erickson/TM as the Co-op Marketing Manager for Texas Tourism.
CK Carman and Ben Morris, co-founders of MQ&C Advertising, heartily welcome Kasten and Toler to the MQ&C family. “After 25 years of managing the company, Ben and I have learned how to strategically hand-pick the most qualified members of the advertising community for opportunities at MQ&C,” boasts Carman. She and Morris look forward to the assistance of Kasten and Toler in strategically growing the company to achieve new levels of success in the coming months and years.
